Skid Engineering

We have experience in the design and engineering of various skid modules. Here are some general considerations for all skids:
Design: Adopt a modular approach for easy transport and installation.
Skid Mounting: Ensure the skids are securely mounted and designed to withstand operational conditions such as vibration and weather.
We have created detailed 3D models for complete skids, incorporating all piping, instruments, and mechanical equipment. Our designs also include robust structural frames specifically engineered to support and secure all components and devices.

Gas Skid:

Typically houses equipment for gas processing, including filtration, pressure regulation, and dehydration systems. Design considerations of compact Layout, Safety features and material considerations. Develop 3D modelling and extract Piping isometric drawings and bill of materials.

Metering Skid:

The metering skid is designed for measuring gas flow, often incorporating flow meters, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. Have ensured that accuracy, integration, and accessibility.

Filtration skid:

Filtration skid is an essential component in gas or liquid processing systems, designed to remove impurities and particulates to ensure system efficiency and protect downstream equipment. Here’s an overview of its key aspects: Filtration Units, Piping & Valves, Instrumentation, Bypass system, Drainage system.

Chemical injection skid:

Chemical injection skid is an integrated, modular system designed to facilitate the precise injection of chemicals into a process stream. These skids are pre-assembled, tested, and transported to the site for quick installation and commissioning.
